Barry E. Borowitz is one of the founding Partners of Borowitz & Clark, LLP, a leading bankruptcy law firm virtually representing clients petitioning for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the bankruptcy code. Mr. Borowitz has been practicing bankruptcy law exclusively for 30 years and is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. He has successfully represented thousands of individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, throughout the Central and Eastern Districts of California, helping them overcome their financial hardships. Attorney Borowitz also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School in their Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic.

M. Erik Clark is the Managing Partner of Borowitz & Clark, LLP, a leading consumer bankruptcy law firm virtually serving the Central and Eastern Districts of California. Mr. Clark is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification and a member of the State Bar in California, New York, and Connecticut.

Mr. Clark was recently awarded the Calvin Ashland Attorney of the Year Award by the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association (CDCBAA) Mr. Clark was an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School for nine years where he founded and taught their Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic. In addition, he has served as the President of the National Consumer Bankruptcy Litigation Center (NCBLC) and the American Consumer Bankruptcy College (ACBC). He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and a Charter Member of the CDCBAA.

Nancy B. Clark is a Partner at Borowitz & Clark, LLP. During her career, she has represented thousands of debtors in bankruptcy cases throughout the various divisions of the Central District of California. Ms. Clark has served as the President of the CDCBAA and was the first recipient of the CDCBAA’s Thomas B. Donovan Excellence Award.
